Our facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Entry Requirements:
Entry is permitted only with a confirmed booking made through our website and a valid entry QR code.

Fees:
The applicable fee structure is available on the official website. All users are advised to review the pricing before making a booking.

2. Use of Facilities

Permitted Activities:
The facility may be used for:

• Tournaments

• Academy training

• Personal training

• Leisure bookings

Any other type of activity or booking requires prior written approval from the Management, which may be granted at its sole discretion.

Booking Requirements:
All bookings must be made in advance through the website.
Spot bookings will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Time Limits:
Facility usage is strictly limited to the duration confirmed at the time of booking.

Equipment Usage:
All playing equipment must be returned to the facility management in good condition after use.
Any damage caused to equipment will be charged to the user.

3. Conduct & Behaviour

Code of Conduct:
All patrons are expected to maintain proper sportsmanship and respectful behaviour during their time at the facility. This includes:

• Using appropriate language

• Showing respect to other players and staff

• Maintaining general public decorum

Any abusive language, indecent behaviour, or actions outside acceptable public norms will not be tolerated. The Management reserves the right to cancel bookings immediately and request the patron to leave the premises without refund.

Prohibited Activities:
The following are strictly prohibited within the facility premises:

• Fighting or physical altercations

• Vandalism or damage to property

• Substance abuse or alcohol consumption

The Management reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the premises and restriction of future entry.

Dress Code:
Proper sports attire is mandatory.
Only turf shoes (flats) are permitted.

The following are strictly not allowed:

• Boots with studs

• Running shoes

• Any inappropriate footwear

4. Safety & Liability

The facility shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or personal harm sustained while using the premises or participating in activities.

All users participate at their own risk.

5. Payment Terms

All applicable fees must be paid in full prior to confirmation of booking.

Bookings will not be considered valid unless payment has been successfully completed.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Modification Clause:
The Management reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Notification:
Patrons will be notified of any changes via email, WhatsApp, or text message, provided their registered email address and/or mobile number is available in the system.
