Terms & Conditions

  1. General :

    Hours of Operation: 24/7
    • Entry Requirements: only with a confirmed Booking through the website and entry QR code.
    • Fees: Fee structure is on the Website.

    2. Use of Facilities

    • Permitted Activities: Tournaments, academy training, personal training , leisure bookings. Any other type of bookings are subject to prior written acceptance of the Management at their sole discretion.
    • Booking Requirements: All bookings are to be done prior usage of facility. Spot bookings will not be accepted.
    • Time Limits: As booked and confirmed through website.
    • Equipment Use: Once playing  equipment is used, it is to be returned to the facility management in good  condition without any damage. Any damage caused will be charged extra.

    3. Conduct and Behavior

    • Code of Conduct: It is expected that persons playing will follow general decency and decorum during their stay at the facility, including sportsmanship,proper  language, and respect for others. Any abusive language, indecent behavior, and /or outside the norms of public decency will not be tolerated and the booking may summarily be cancelled and patron asked to leave the premises.

  2. 8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    • Modification Clause: The facility’s right to change terms and conditions, with notice to users.
    • Notification: patron will be notified by email/whatsapp/text message if their mail address and /or mobile contact number is registered by the patron on the system.

  3. Prohibited Activities: Fighting, vandalism, or substance abuse/ alcohol consumption within the sports facility premises   is prohibited and the Management reserves the right to take all action as warranted , including but not limited to , asking the patron to leave the premises and prohibiting any future entry into the premises.
    • Dress Code: Proper sports attire with turf shoes (Flats). NO boots with studs, running shoes or similar will be permitted.

    4. Safety and Liability

    • The facility is not responsible for  any injuries sustained while using the premises or while playing.

    • Payment Terms: All fees to be paid prior to the booking.
