• Termination of Access
  
  • Grounds for Termination: If a customer is found guilty of misconduct, a customer’s booking can be terminated, at the sole discretion of the Management.
  
  Dispute Resolution
  
  • Process for Disputes: any dispute between the Patron and the Facility Management will be resolved mutually, failing satisfactory resolution the dispute will be under the jurisdiction of the Courts at Kolkata.

• Governing Law: The laws on India will apply to all disputes and the Courts at Kolkata will have jurisdiction for any dispute resolution.

• Parking: Designated parking inside the facility is available. Fees to be paid at the time of exit. 
  • Lost and Found: The facility will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings etc in parked vehicles at the facility.
