Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a booking can be done only 24 hours prior to the booking /playing time, in such event a refund can be made, or the booking carried forward , subject to availability, on request of the patron. Any cancellation made after the deadline of 24 hours prior will not be eligible for any refund or carry forward.
• Approoved Refund Will be processed within 10 to 15 working days

• No-Show Policy: This results in the payment  made being forfeited and not refundable.

• Refund Policy: No refund/s will be made for any reason whatsoever.
