Delivery Policy

The Pay and Play system allows users to access Ballygunge Arena facilities without a membership, paying only for the sessions or activities they book. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking and using our facilities under the Pay and Play system.

 

2. Booking Methods

 

You can book facilities or activities through the following channels:

 

•Online: Via our website only 

 

3. Booking Availability

 

•Booking Window: bookings can be made for as many hours as one wants give, the entire amount is paid in advance. (To be decided on the discretion of the facility management).

•First Come, First Served: All bookings are subject to availability and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

•Limitations: Users are allowed to book as many slots as needed (bulk) only on the weekdays. Weekend bulk bookings are not permissible.

 

4. Payment

 

•Payment at Time of Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking, online, UPI, bank transfer etc.

•Accepted Payment Methods: We accept [credit cards, debit cards, online payment platforms, etc.].

•Booking Confirmation: A confirmation email or receipt will be sent once payment is successfully processed.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

 

•Cancellation Policy: bookings cannot be cancelled once made and paid for.

•No Shows: Failure to attend the booked session without prior cancellation will result in no refund or credit.

•Refunds: Refunds (if cancelled from the management’s end) will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days.

 

6. Rescheduling

 

•Rescheduling: Is not possible.

 

7. Arrival and Check-In

 

•Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session to check in at reception.

•Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your booking may be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

•ID Verification: You may be asked to present a booking confirmation and valid ID upon arrival.

 

8. Facility Rules

 

•Dress Code: Appropriate sports attire and footwear must be worn.

•Equipment: You may bring your own equipment or receive from the complex, subject to availability.

•Code of Conduct: All users are expected to follow the complex’s code of conduct, including respectful behavior toward staff and other users. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your booking.

 

10. Liability

 

•Personal Responsibility: Users participate in activities at their own risk. The sports complex is not responsible for any injuries or accidents unless caused by our negligence.

•Insurance: It is recommended that users have personal accident insurance.

 

11. Special Events and Group Bookings

 

•Event Bookings: Pay and Play users interested in booking facilities for special events (e.g., parties, tournaments) must book online or contact the facility management in case they aren’t able to book online.

•Bulk bookings: All bulk bookings have a separate option to book online.

 

12. Changes to the Policy

 

We reserve the right to amend this booking policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to users via email or app notifications.
